Payment must be made at the time of registration.

Register online, in person at our store, or mail list of classes you want with your name and your telephone number.

This hands-on class will create their own pizzas starting with homemade dough and fire-roasted tomato sauce with herbs and roasted garlic, then choose from a variety of toppings including plant-based proteins and cheeses - seitan Italian sausage, maple-roasted tofu bacon, pepperoni soy curls, nut and vegetable mozzarella and parmesan, plus roasted and fresh vegetables and smoky shiitake mushrooms.
