In Store Returns:
Returns ONLY on unused regularly-priced merchandise in original packaging within 30 days from purchase date. If the returned merchandise is neither damaged nor defective you will be responsible for all shipping charges. In the rare event that your merchandise arrives defective or damaged, it is your responsibility to notify Kitchen Conservatory within 15 days, and we will arrange for the replacement of that item. Defective electrics may be returned for repair or replacement within 60 days from date of purchase. Repairs after 60 days must be sent directly to manufacture or local service center. We will be happy to provide needed information for repairs. All items on sale are final sales.

How to Handle Damaged Merchandise:
Keep the shipping carton and damaged contents. Call Kitchen Conservatory tollfree at 866-862-2433 within 15 days of receiving the merchandise. We will arrange for the pick-up and replacement of the damaged merchandise.
