Give a warm welcome to the charming scientist Adjo Honsou who brought West African cuisine to St. Louis via her food truck, Fufu n' Sauce. Enjoy sweet and flavorful fried plantain morsels, egusi - a tomato-based stew cooked with roasted pumpkin seeds and spinach in palm nut oil, fufu - a West African plantain and yam flour staple and the perfect vehicle for egusi, plus fresh house made ginger beer from fresh ginger roots and a touch of pineapple sweetened with cane sugar.
