This hands-on class will make an elegant sous vide duck breast with cherry beurre blanc, crispy potatoes sarladaise - sautéed in duck fat, spinach and gruyère artichoke bottoms, plus crêpes suzette with orange-scented crêpes flambéed and served with vanilla ice cream.
