Learn to prepare bibb salad with hamachi (yellowtail) and arugula and pears with wasabi dressing, miso soup with udon noodles and togarashi and shiitake mushrooms, assorted handmade sushi rolls with a trio of ginger, spicy, and citrus-soy dipping sauces, plus sweet coconut-pineapple fried egg rolls with chocolate-ginger sauce.
