This hands-on class will make pork tamales with tomatillo salsa wrapped in banana leaves, chipotle chicken tamales with smoky roasted tomato salsa wrapped in corn husks, and mango-cream cheese tamales with tequila-infused strawberry sauce, plus Mexican street corn.
