Kirk shares new dishes that he develops each summer in his test kitchen in Saugatuck - the heart of Michigan blueberry country, along with some of his tried-and-true favorites, including a tribute to his mother and her huge blueberry pie recipe from the historic Bistro 120 restaurant in Paw Paw, Michigan.
