Dawn will create roasted cauliflower gratin with tomatoes and goat cheese, beef stroganoff gratin with cremini mushrooms and pumpernickel bread crumbs, fennel-potato gratin with white cheddar béchamel, Belgian endive gratin with prosciutto and gruyère, plus a refreshing scoop of lemon sorbet.
