Lydia Gwin puts a twist on a variety of homemade soft pretzels that combines technique with creativity. This hands-on class will make hot butter soft pretzels with a honey-Dijon mustard dipping sauce, bacon pub burgers on pretzel buns with a beer cheese sauce, brat-stuffed pretzel bites with currywurst dipping sauce, plus sweet almond pretzels.
