This hands-on class will learn proper brining of chickpeas, knife skills, and three different falafels with handmade pita, including classic falafel with Israeli chopped salad and tiger sauce, curry falafel with Indian cucumber mint salad and tzatziki sauce, and barbecue falafel with American coleslaw salad and tangy barbecue sauce.
