DATE NIGHT FOR COUPLES: MEAT ME UNDER THE MISTLETOE
Enjoy a flirtatious holiday meal to get the holiday season started on the right note. This hands-on class for couples will learn to make red wine veal meatballs served with white cheddar-gruyère garlic cheese bread, butternut squash risotto with pancetta and sage, apple and bacon-stuffed pork tenderloin with a chile-lime glaze, roasted baby Yukon gold potatoes, plus homemade individual pumpkin pies with fresh whipped cream and spiked cider.
