This delightful hands-on class will create crabmeat-manouri grilled ciabatta crostini with fresh herbs and lemon zest, seasonal Greek salad with nuts and seeds, pork tenderloin stuffed with a trio of cheeses and shredded carrots, freekeh - a cracked roasted green wheat in a light tomato sauce with chickpeas, plus loukoumathes - honey puffs topped with Greek honey and cinnamon and ground walnuts.
