This hands-on class will make artichoke-lemon-parsley dip with fresh herb crackers, golden beet carpaccio with pickled mustard seeds and white balsamic, roasted salmon with roasted radish and peas and asparagus in a white miso sauce, plus rhubarb-blood orange upside-down cake. #weekday
