This hands-on class will make bourbon-peach cheesecake mousse served in Mason jars, rum-soaked grilled pineapple rings topped with homemade vanilla ice cream and brown sugar-rum sauce, individual Grand Marnier olive oil cakes served with macerated blackberries, shortcake topped with whipped cream and elderflower-flavored strawberries and fresh mint, plum crumble with Chambord, plus berry and limoncello-sparkling rosé sangria.
