This hands-on class will make seared beef steak with creamy mushroom sauce, pork schnitzel, skillet lasagna with ricotta and spinach, picadillo - a Mexican hash with potatoes and poblano peppers, fideos (Spanish for noodles) with chicken and kale, plus cast iron funnel cakes.
