This hands-on class will make gruyère gougères with herb butter, a duo of quiches - quiche Lorraine and a vegetarian quiche, salati di sfoglia - savory flaky puff pastry with Provençal spices, a trio of dips - beet hummus, baba ghanoush, and roasted red pepper muhammara dip, plus chocolate éclairs with pistachio cream.
