Learn to make herb-crusted roasted beef tenderloin served with creamy horseradish sauce, individual servings of pommes Anna, green beans amandine with portobello mushrooms, gruyère-black pepper popovers, plus cranberry almond cake with sugared cranberries and almond glaze.
