Learn to make warm goat cheese-roasted beet-pear salad over arugula with hazelnuts and blackberry-honey dressing, spiced butternut squash bisque with pancetta cracklin, spatchcock chicken with roasted grapes and shallots, sage butter smashed red skin potatoes, sausage and kale stuffed acorn squash, plus apple-raspberry crisp with Baileys vanilla ice cream.
