The cookies are baked and ready to be decorated, as this hands-on class learns tips for planning designs; plus how to use royal icing with pastry tips to transform cookies into works of art. Design dazzling cookies using outlining, flooding, and feathering techniques, along with sanding sugar and dragées to make these cookies look as good as they taste. Students will take home their beautiful creations.
