Spend a relaxed evening with chef Zach Dale, of Robust Bistro and Wine Bar, who will create exciting dishes served with hand-selected wine pairings by Stanley Browne, owner of Robust Bistro and Wine Bar. Enjoy baked goat cheese with spicy tomato sauce served with crostini, mushroom risotto, garlic-herb chicken skewers with romesco sauce, and shrimp and grits with peppers, tomatoes, bacon and a butter sauce.
