Chef Jack MacMurray has won many championships, but this one took him to the national level competing in Dallas in November to win the Bacon World Championship with competitors from all over the country. Jack shares his winning dish as the class enjoys bacon-wrapped pork belly on a bacon-jalapeño pancake with bacon bourbon jam, bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin over bacon sweet potato mashies with bacon Brussels sprouts topped with bacon-apple bourbon sauce, plus bacon-chocolate peanut butter pie.
