This hands-on class will make Kaiserschmarrn - a sweet German pancake, seared scallops with caramelized bacon, pan-roasted cornbread with pickled crawfish, old-fashioned "put up" peach crisp, skillet mac-and-cheese, and roasted chicken with a tagine of winter vegetables.
