Back in the day, Sharon Tutko was an adventure-seeking young woman with chef knives eager to experience the world. Most of those things still ring true as she shares the significant food that is still part of her life in this monthly series. From Rome, sip on pinot grigio and enjoy "kitchen table" rainbow chard and artichoke crostata with basil pesto from her roommate Simone, thinly sliced chicken piccata with lemon and peas from her Buddhist landlord, fluffy rosemary focaccia, plus tiramisù with Kahlúa and mascarpone to honor the Jubilaio in 2000. #weekday
