Spend the afternoon with the talented Joey Vitale, a skilled and ardent fan of sourdough bread, who learned his expertise at the San Francisco Baking Institute and spent time working in celebrated San Francisco bakeries. Join Joey in the kitchen for a hands-on class as he shares his own starter and the steps to feed and use it to create basic country sourdough and sourdough focaccia. Each student will make their own dough in class to take home for an overnight rise that can be baked the following day. Each participant will also take home sourdough starter. #weekday
