Marianne Moore gives a modern twist with fresh ingredients, as this hands-on class creates a three cheese-meat lovers upside-down pizza bake, creamy wild mushroom hotdish with garlic crostini, baked ratatouille-sausage-penne pasta casserole, chicken and new potato casserole, plus hot fudge brownie cake with cinnamon gelato.
