THE APPRENTICE CHEF: CREATING TREATS BOOTCAMP
For aspiring chefs, children ages 7 to 11. Spend three exciting days in the kitchen with Jeff Friesen learning everything about baking cookies, cake, pizza, pretzels, and hand pies. This hands-on class will learn to build their own cookie base and personalize it with a choice of fixings, build their own monster cakes with yellow and chocolate cakes transforming them with Swiss buttercream frosting, plus a day of savory baking with a mini pizza party with pretzels and dipping sauce, plus mini jam-filled hand pies for dessert.
