This hands-on class will create a magnificent variety of sushi rolls including rock-and-roll shrimp tempura rolls with cheese and cucumbers, salmon-asparagus dynamite rolls with spicy mayo and eel sauce, California rainbow rolls topped with avocado and sashimi, spicy tuna and jalapeño roll, plus unagi green dragon rolls.
