Enjoy a glass of wine with shaved asparagus and melon salad with crispy prosciutto and lemon vinaigrette, mini gazpacho trio - tomato, cantaloupe, and honeydew, seared scallops in brown butter served with creamy risotto and chimichurri, plus sweet and spicy strawberry-chile panna cotta.
