If dips and cocktails are high on the priority list, join Lydia Gwin for a lively night in the kitchen. This hands-on class will create warm caramelized onion and gruyère dip with crisp crostini, comeback dip with fried pickles, artichoke-lemon-parsley dip with homemade herb crackers, pretzel-wrapped mini hot dogs with jalapeño-mustard jam and beer sauce, served with a mezcal negroni and a lemon drop.
