Create an English meal befitting royalty whether they live in the British countryside or another country. This hands-on class with Sheri Doe will make maple-sriracha devils on horseback appetizers with honey-soy sauce, pan-fried glamorgan sausage - a vegetarian cheese and leek appetizer, English roast beef stuffed with spinach and mushrooms, bubble and squeak - cabbage and roasted vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, plus Victorian sponge cake with sweet strawberry jam and crème chantilly.
