This hands-on class with Sharon Tutko will create dressings, drizzles and dips to prepare marinated and grilled steak with garlic-white truffle aïoli, roasted sheet pan fall vegetables with creamy white balsamic-tahini dip, orecchiette pasta with red bell pepper romesco, plus chocolate-filled puff pastry pillows drizzled with raspberry sauce.
