Kaitlyn Vohs starts the New Year on the right foot with a meal using ingredients for a healthy and prosperous year. This hands-on class will create a pomegranate-orange-ginger Tequila Sunrise cocktail, bacon-wrapped shrimp with rémoulade, apple butter and garlic roasted pork loin served with a pan sauce, warm French lentils, apple cider braised kale with bacon, plus Brazilian corncakes with cranberry sauce.
