MARVELS OF THE MEDITTERANEAN
Join Sheri Doe to create a marvelous Mediterranean meal starting with hummus-tzatziki bruschetta with smashed cucumbers and feta. This hands-on class will learn to prepare oven-roasted leg of lamb with lemon tahini sauce, gratin dauphinoise with smoked gouda, oven-charred Brussels sprouts with caramelized onions and spicy Manuka honey, plus classic gluten-free almond cookies, and a Mediterranean Pink Lady limoncello-Campari cocktail.
