Spend an evening enjoying the mutual trust and camaraderie between friends Jan Reid and Matt Sassman as they flex their culinary muscles to create a memorable southern array of dishes. Take a seat at the counter as they amuse you with their banter and prepare pimiento cheese spread with crackers and crudités, fried green tomato salad with crisp bacon and Green Goddess dressing topped with chow chow relish, garlic and green chile shrimp served over cheddar cheese grits, plus mini Grand Marnier bundt cakes with orange glaze and candied orange peel served with whipped cream.
