Discover why flatbreads are not all alike in a fun hands-on class with Lily Sugathan creating three typical breads that are made almost daily in an Indian household along with dishes to accompany them. Learn to make deep-fried kachori, spiced potato-stuffed aloo paratha, and leavened kulcha, served with matar - white pea curry cooked in spices, rase wale aloo - potato curry in tangy tomato sauce, jeera dahi - spiced yogurt with cumin seeds, and onion and tamatar ka - a tangy onion-tomato salad with ginger and fresh coriander, plus puran poli - a flatbread with sweet stuffing. #vegetarian #healthy
