If dips and cocktails are high on the priority list, join Lydia Gwin for a lively evening in the kitchen making a coquito - Puerto Rican coconut eggnog, and a French pear martini. This hands-on class will create spinach-artichoke dip wrapped in a wreath-shaped flaky pastry, baked shrimp scampi dip served with crostinis, Tuscan sausage and bean dip with pita chips, and smoked salmon dip with everything bagel chips and crudités.
