Scientist and contestant on Season 3 of The Great American Recipe on PBS, Adjo Honsou loves to share the West African cuisine she features in her popular food truck, Fufu n' Sauce. Enjoy fried plantain morsels with a sweet flavor, chicken yassa - a slightly spicy thick comforting stew with chicken and onions braised with a blend of spices and mustard served with rice, plus their famous hibiscus tea brewed in-house with hibiscus leaves imported from Togo, West Africa and sweetened with cane sugar.
