It is our honor to welcome back Fr. Dominic Garramone, cookbook author, blogger, public television personality, and the bread monk of Saint Bede Academy in northern Illinois, who has graciously taught at Kitchen Conservatory over the decades. Fr. Dom shares his expertise in an exciting class filled with delightful stories as he creates two different pizza doughs from the newly-released Second Edition of his popular book, Thursday Night Pizza. Enjoy American pizza with a four-cheese tomato sauce and Italian pizza with pistachio pesto cream sauce topped with spicy sausage and smoked mozzarella, plus an eight-minute pizza sauce. There will be time at the end of class for questions and signing books.
