Enjoy Barolo bagna cauda with endive-carrot-fennel salad and hot creamy anchovy-wine dip, Piemonte risotto with prosciutto and mushrooms and black truffle butter, braised lamb agnolotti with browned butter and sage, plus hazelnut gelato with a Nutella cookie.
