Work side-by-side with the skillful chef Sharon Tutko and delve into fish cookery using four different fish with four unique cooking techniques. This hands-on class will create salt-baked whole snapper with fresh herbs and lemon, poached salmon served with cucumber raita, sautéed flounder filets with pistachio-basil butter, and broiled Moroccan whitefish with tomatoes and garbanzo beans seasoned with cumin, coriander and paprika, all accompanied by roasted garlic potatoes and tossed kale salad with tahini dressing.
