This hands-on vegetarian class will make homemade hummus dip with oil-cured olives and fried garlic, homemade pita pockets stuffed with chickpea falafel in tahini sauce and cucumber salad, green celery-dill-parsley-mint falafels with red bell pepper, phyllo turnovers with feta and fennel, plus pistachio-honey cake with sweetened yogurt topping.
