Photographer Heidi Drexler turned her creative energy during “shelter in place” in the Spring of 2020 to cooking at home and creating a splendid cookbook beautifully styled and photographed with 40 great recipes. Heidi shares a sampling of her recipes, alongside food stylist Sarah Priest, who will artistically present gorgeous plates, as the class enjoys an Aperol spritz garnished with orange peel and a sprig of rosemary, baked figs with goat cheese and walnuts, citrus-avocado salad with orange tahini vinaigrette, simple pork schnitzel with capers and radicchio, plus cinnamon bread pudding.
