Chef Mathew Unger exemplifies the "Show Me" Missouri slogan as he shares his extensive research for an upcoming cookbook on Missouri comfort foods. This hands-on class for couples will learn the proper way to make St. Louis dry-rubbed pork chops with sweet and smoky barbecue sauce, bacon mac-and-cheese, sour cream cucumber salad, deviled egg potato salad, custard, plus enjoy a selection of Missouri beers.
