The evening begins with a one-hour tango dance lesson with dance instructor Tal Stein, then waltz into the kitchen with a French 75 champagne-cognac cocktail. This hands-on class will create beet-goat cheese salad with champagne-shallot vinaigrette and gruyère gougères, bouef bourguignon with potato gratin dauphinoise, plus almond pithiviers with fresh berries.
