DATE NIGHT FOR COUPLES: GREEK SUMMER
Join Maria Sakellariou in the kitchen and out at the grill to create a tasty dinner using traditional Greek ingredients. This hands-on class will make lamb and beef soutzoukakia - meatballs with feta and herbs served with sumac Greek yogurt sauce, "spanakopita" crostini, shaved zucchini and tomato salad with feta-herb vinaigrette and toasted pine nuts, grilled whole snapper with lemon-caper-Greek oregano vinaigrette, plus Xinomavro red wine-chocolate cake, served with a glass of Xinomavro wine.
