CUMIN AND GET IT ON THE BBQ
Lily Sugathan has fired up the grill for an afternoon of adding warm and exciting flavors to traditional Indian cuisine. This hands-on class will make street-style butta - Indian roasted corn on the cob with cumin and chaat masala and spices, marinated and grilled tandoori chicken, charcoal smoked chicken biryani with rice, barbecue paneer tikka masala, baigan bharta - grilled eggplant, grilled butter naan, kachumber salad, plus aam panna - a refreshing grilled green mango drink.
