This hands-on class will make lemongrass grilled shrimp and potato salad with coconut-lime-chile dressing, spatchcock grilled game hens with taco salad and avocados topped with tomatillo salsa verde, plus grilled asparagus and mushroom salad with blistered tomatoes dressed with sweet-and-sour bacon dressing.
