This hands-on class will create loaded baked potato slab pie with caramelized onion crust, nacho slab pie with slow-roasted pork carnitas in a cornbread crust, double chocolate-filled slab pie with a chocolate crust topped with vanilla glaze and sprinkles, plus an American flag Yankee Doodle Dandy slab pie with stripes of sour cherry and blueberry stars.
