Spend a lively evening creating Mediterranean fare with the skillful chef Stephan Ledbetter. This hands-on class will learn the art of making falafel served with pita, the secrets to a well-balanced tabbouleh salad, then make Mediterranean chicken kabobs with saffron rice and batata harra - spicy Lebanese potatoes, plus lemon cream pavlova with berries.
