Reusable and very durable. Its technology of fiberglass mesh and food-grade silicone allows you to use it countless times, and the cut corners will allow you to fit perfectly on your baking tray. Effective in temperatures from -40 degrees F to 428 degrees F. Place the liner on a baking sheet, perforated tray, or grid before handling. Lay the product to be baked or frozen directly on Silpat®.
